Experience You Can Build On
Before Ironclad was a consulting firm, it was years of hands-on experience inside the machine of commercial construction.
As a Project Manager and later Vice President for a commercial general contractor, I wasn't observing projects from the sidelines. I was responsible for delivering them. From pre-construction and budgeting to scheduling, subcontractor coordination, contract administration, client relationships, and project closeout, I understand what it takes to keep projects moving and businesses profitable.
That experience is what sets Ironclad apart. When we walk a job site, we see opportunities and risks others overlook. When we review contracts, we understand the clauses that can protect, or expose, your business. When challenges arise with subcontractors, owners, or project teams, we know when to stand firm, when to negotiate, and how to keep projects moving forward.
